What’s more important to you—intelligence, energy, or integrity?

There is no one path – to success or even to New York (or Kansas). Similarly, what matters to others can vary widely – so we tried to tighten up that question to focus on three key traits to see what most folks in our community valued most – intelligence, energy, or integrity

I believe integrity is the most important quality. Intelligence and energy can create great results, but without integrity, they may not be sustainable or meaningful. If you ask me what’s more important—intelligence, energy, or integrity, I’ll tell you without hesitation: integrity. Don’t get me wrong, intelligence and energy are incredibly valuable. I really value all three, but integrity is my non-negotiable. Intelligence and energy matter a lot, but without honesty and a consistent moral compass, they can feel empty or even risky.
