Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Money + small minds (you won’t believe it what people used to tell me about my dream, people mentality towards a nontraditional format art magazine, but I am a tough cookie I don’t do my work to please others my commitment is to excellence and to achieving freedom. I am big breaking the rules of the establishment.
I was very tough on how I ran content on the magazine and the art direction (I did everything myself even design because I never had enough money to go to print ($20K) I always reached my goals, many tears in between. I want it to reach a message without compromising my identity. Very tough call.
What do you do?
I create equal opportunities. IRREVERSIBLE is a multidisciplinary collective for emerging, mid-career and established artists. Our exhibitions make buying and collecting art accessible and affordable. Irreversible offer arts programming built-in collaboration with galleries and art fairs, succeeding outside of the traditional format. Our Projects and limited Editions have become breeding grounds for cutting-edge exhibitions.
Our goal is to create a platform for emerging and mid-career artists, giving them the opportunity to showcase their ideas presenting the freshest contemporary art from across the globe, as well as offering more established artists the freedom to play and produce experimental exhibitions.
What do you specialize in, what are you known for?
Working with Noor Blazekovic founder publisher/Editor of IRREVERSIBLE has been a wonderful journey. She clearly reveals a fascinating approach to the industry, where not only striving to find the best of the best in the contemporary art realm becomes the main aspiration; but also the way you do it, the spirit with how you seek for it, analyze and listen, is as much as important. She really digs deeper into the artists and their artworks, bringing out the best in everybody when she makes you discover qualities you didn’t even know about. That, to us, is a gift.
On the other hand, she embodies the word “teamwork” itself. Noor openly admits through her actions how pivotal is to trust and be trusted, to respect, learn and to join forces to amplify an overall vision; bringing a diversity of thought and accuracy, praising the humane and building the necessary bridges between the arts and the people.

Least:
Lack of support for the emerging artist, unless you come from money or belong to a tide powerful group it is literally impossible to make it big.
