Meet Trailblazer Sara Angelini

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Angelini.

Sara, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started modeling when I was around 17 years old and I soon notice that I was going to be able to make a living of it. I was always a very shy person, and somehow, modeling allowed me to just realize that I could have fun being myself but also play characters, and I ended up loving that.

When you go on a photo shoot or get on a runway, you don’t have to be yourself, you get in the shoes of the carácter your client wants you to be, and it was so much fun getting to try on clothes. makeup and hairstyles and act according to it.

When I started working in Miami, I realized that the backstage part was growing on me to the point where I decided to try and create my own photoshoots.

So, for the past few months, I’ve been going out, scouting for locations, styling some clothes to create fun and colorful content for people to see.

And I have to admit, I’m having more fun doing the behind the scene stuff now then actually being in front of the camera.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
For me, modeling as being a good experience, as long as you have strong values and know your worth, everything works out the way it should.

Things may get harder and sometimes you may think you are doing things wrong, but you’ll always have the satisfaction of saying that everything you did you earned it honestly!

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about your business – what should we know?
I’ve been modeling for a lot of time and now I’m Starting a new journey, I would love to dive in the blogging world, I like the idea of getting more personal and sharing things I love, passion, feats and what works for me or not.

I’m trying to be more relatable now and social media is giving me the perfect tools to accomplish that! It is not easy, but it’s definitely fun!

So much of the media coverage is focused on the challenges facing women today, but what about the opportunities? Do you feel there are any opportunities that women are particularly well positioned for?
We are very lucky to live in an era where we can be anything we dream to be!

I love that you can now make a living out of social media by being exactly who you are! Lover of makeup, model, designer, creator! There is really no excuse to go for the things you love the most.
