Today we’d like to introduce you to Tosin Oduwole.
Tosin, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was born in the Midwest and as a kid I found myself to be very curious and inquisitive. I used to ride my bike around unfamiliar neighborhoods so I could get familiar with what led down those streets. When I was about 12, I found a neighborhood that had primarily retirees and senior citizens there and I decided that every time it snowed, I would knock on their doors and ask if I could shovel their driveways for $10. This was because I knew a senior citizen would most likely not be able to do it themselves. In hindsight, I see this was the first time I began to understand how to find problems to solve and make income from bringing a solution.
When I was 14, my father sent me to boarding schools in Europe and Africa so I could get experience traveling; this lasted five years in which I went to England, Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal, Kenya & Tanzania! It was this world travel that opened up my mind to how the world functions economically outside of the USA. I came back to America in 2005 at the age of 20 and started college immediately. I wasn’t the best student but one thing I did know how to do was make money so I started a business on eBay buying and reselling different items that I could acquire at deep discounts.
Real Estate was always an interest for me but I wouldn’t get into the business until 2013 when I aggressively began seeking knowledge and getting official training. I would then go on to partner in the management of a sports bar in Manhattan and also purchase land for real estate development in Newark NJ.
I had always seen myself living in Miami and first moved there in 2015 and fell in love with Florida! I began consulting for small companies in Kendall and Hialeah and later partnered with some brilliant young minds in the Miami area that we’re able to assist me with my marketing and legal divisions. Since then it’s been an upward trajectory!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s been a very rough road! I’ve dealt with monetary losses, bad clients, website crashes, and pretty much everything that comes along with running a business but we’ve been able to rise from all obstacles and keep pushing forward to grow the company and employ more people either directly or indirectly so I am happy with our journey thus far!

We are experts at building relationships, I believe that’s where we excel. The majority of our clients are people who we have groomed for months and even years so by the time they do business with us we’ve already gotten to a comfortable space of mutual respect and admiration. It makes it easier to do business with people you like and who like you!
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I most definitely would’ve made sure I had more financial backing or more business lines of credit. In the beginning, it was a huge cash crunch as our expenses were high and sometimes made it hard for us to keep the lights on.
