We are a design-driven, award-winning jewelry studio with 25 years experience in designing and crafting engagement rings, wedding bands, and exquisite custom fine jewelry. Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted to the highest standards, using only the finest stones, to ensure each individual piece is a work of art. All of our products are handcrafted in our studio in Boca Raton, Florida.
Stan-Avner grew up learning the craft from his father, master jeweler, in a country with rich goldsmith traditions. He loved what his father does, but as most young artists, it wasn’t enough to just keep on doing what generations before have done. Avner was striving to find his way and his individual style. As a designer he was influenced by the World’s architectural wonders and decided to travel, observing the World’s colors and traditions. Diving into local folklore and architectural details enriched his understanding of beauty. Along the way, he studied Nature, in all her glory, majestic expressions, and fragile elegance. In his young career, he worked and experimented with various materials to perfect his understanding of the possibilities and the limitations presented with each material. He studied organic movement and forms to develop his sense of fluidity.
He established his Bashert Brand in Chicago in 2007, in his words:
“In Metal and Precious Gems, I give each Love Story its own expression. From the pencil sketch to the final product in the box, I enjoy the whole process. I am addicted to the challenge each story presents. With every couple I meet, I see new forms, new colors, and new design blossoming. I realize the jewelry, I create, is meant to be a Love Promise. It is a vow with no measure of time. It is an eternity captured in a moment. I have encountered Love so many times, in so many forms, colors, and shades that it has become the driving power behind my work. So, when people ask me, what do I bring to the bench when working on someone’s Love Promise, my answer is very short – I bring All The Love I Have Ever Known. To all those couples that I worked with, I am eternally grateful, for teaching me how to see, hear, feel, and ultimately create Love Stories. For being my greatest mentor –

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road to establishing yourself as an artist is never smooth. It’s the love for what you do, that carries you through the hardest times.

Bashert Jewelry specializes in custom Engagement rings, Wedding bands, and fine jewelry pieces. We are known for our craftsmanship and quality or work. We are a family run business, and every piece that comes out of the studio is meticulously crafted to the finest details, and inspected to assure the quality of work we are known for. From the pencil sketch to the final product, we make it our goal to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. What sets us apart from others in our business, is our dedication to offering the highest quality of custom work in a craft that is exceedingly “machine-made” or outsourced to China and India. We are striving to craft our jewelry the way the craft was intended to be, one-on-one design-driven art, not a cookie-cutter where the client chooses A, B or C.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is hard to define. But if you wake up in the morning and go to work, still in loved with your job – I guess that’s one form of success. Making people gasp when they see their jewelry pieces is another form of success for us!
