Hi Sam, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I entered the Print Manufacturing space at 19 years old and worked through the ranks to become Executive Vice President at 33 years young, the youngest and only female C-level.
My love for creating and working with diverse clients allows me to remain completely enamored by the power of print; through my business, I am empowered to connect with individuals within every industry under the sun, which means I like a challenge!
I believe in saying YES and remaining open to possibilities!
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I do not believe a smooth road exists, and, in hindsight, I’m not so sure they are all that fun. I can honestly say, without being cliche, that challenges really do shape you.
From financial struggles, navigating these winding roads with the wrong people in tow, lacking in self-care, you name it, I’ve experienced it.
I owe these challenges to the tenacity and grit that I bring along with me each and every day!

Ask for help!! Connect with your local chamber or organizations like FEM City, Women’s Executive Club, Women for Excellence, or any of these types of organizations!
Connect with individuals in your space or related spaces and ask your questions! Take rigorous notes. Ask about volunteer or shadowing opportunities. Keep an open mind, open eyes, and an open heart. Immerse yourself in the spaces of those you admire!
