Today we’d like to introduce you to Cesar Paublini.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Cesar. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Rumbachiva was created in 2012 with a concept of Colombian roots, a “chiva” for Colombians is a way of transportation with a different taste to the regular, “chivas” go with music and touring the main streets of the city, making this reality we bought a school bus and we remodel it totally so that it looks like a party bus for all the Latin and American people of the city of Miami.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been easy at all, just to mention that is a first time business here in Miami so people didn’t know who we were or what we did, we had to do a lot of marketing and with the help of other businesses we came out and started working every weekend.
Rumbachiva – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We offer a two-hour tour around south beach, Wynwood and Brickell, reservations are made with minimum groups of 15 up to 30 people, it costs $ 35 per person and includes a cooler with ice, music and touring the main streets.
What makes us different from other entertainment and tourism businesses is that we combine fun, entertainment, city awareness and security.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Our proudest moment so far was participating in a music video with one of the most recognized artist in Colombia and the world, he is J Balvin and the song is called “Mi gente” and has reached a lot of views.
