Today we’d like to introduce you to Rochelle Stefanovic and Milos Stefanovic.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Painting was my passion but not my profession. Jet setting around the world as an international Fashion Model living in Europe.

I was “discovered by a prominent gallery owner, and from there my first exposition. With some success. I received a subsidized professional art studio from the City of Zurich.

Jump forward a few year, my Husband, partner, and soul mate a brilliant musician/ composer and I moved to Boca Raton. We opened L’Atelier D’Art our first Gallery / Art studio and grew more popular for over 15 years, Six years in the prestigious Mizner Park and establishing my work with over 1,000 clients, collectors, and art lovers all over the world.

Then it was time to step back from the commercial retail art sales. We decided to get back to the basics. Freedom to creating art for love. Uncompromised by finances or any external distractions.

That brings us up to date, presently concentrated on the internet and international market for reproductions to the public and to create private commissions for my
collectors

The quest and the true reason for art is the need to explore and express one’s personal experience in this incredible time for humanity. Has it been a smooth road?
To explore my true quest in art and to maintain the superficial needs of survival without compromising the work and my soul.

The biggest challenge is to discover what drives you to create, it is not something anyone can do from a point of reason. (Goedl, Escher, & Bach). 

The inspiration comes through an alternate dimension within and without warning. It’s only possible to realize after the fact because during the actual moment the creative flow carries the creator into an alternate state of awareness. Time is altered and the Adrenalin is increased.

This state is the high all artists experience and seek. (Labeled “The Flow”(by a Yale University Study on creativity). To achieve this exquisite experience and still remain grounded enough to maintain a professional relationship with the public, family, and the responsibility of paying the bills

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Living in Palm Beach is like living on a permanent vacation. Almost any day I want I can I see the sunrise. I am in south Florida most definitely, and absolutely for the beautiful weather.

I love the sunshine, the bright clear colors, the rich vegetation and exotic flowers. Most days I only need to put on a light summer dress or a pair of shorts and a tee shirt.

On the other hand it’s sometimes easy to be distracted by the laid back attitude of all the visitors on vacation. It can also be somewhat Isolating there’s definitely some void in the social and cultural areas when it comes to finding inspiration and forming deep bonds.
