Today we’d like to introduce you to Patricia Millan.
Patricia, Current Broker to Million and Up Realty Miami, is a Real Estate expert with more than 28+ years of experience in the industry. In 1988, she occupied the VP position at a family owned development company which constructed 50 single-family homes in the city of Hialeah Gardens, FL. It was in this role, that in 1993, she proved her passion for Real Estate by becoming a Licensed FL. Real Estate Associate. She first serviced the Miami-Dade & South Broward communities as a Realtor Associate to later obtain her Real Estate Broker License in 2006.
To date, she has earned the following professional designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist). In addition to this, she has also completed her education in Luxury Home Marketing, Relocation Specialist, and REO specialist. She has also been among the Top Producers of the companies she has worked with in the past; companies such as Arvida Realty, Fortune House International, Brilliance Realty Group, Related Cervera, & Berkshire Hathaway. The passion that she put into her Real Estate Career throughout the years is what drove her to open her own Brokerage in 2015 which she named, Evolution Realty Group. As the company slogan says, “Following the Evolution to better serve you,” she is now also following the Evolution of Real Estate as Broker of Million and Up Realty Miami. A company that is focused on the Luxury market and recognized for creating an outstanding experience offering the digital approach mixed with white glove concierge Real Estate service to its clients.
She also enjoys giving back to the community and the world through non-for-profit organizations such as the Rotary Club of Miami Brickell.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The real estate market is an industry that has its challenges. One of the challenges that I have had along the way, is when the real estate market crashed in 2007-2009. All of a sudden, many real estate associates stopped practicing and found jobs because buyers were afraid to buy and sellers did not want to give away their homes. Crashes are a difficult time for everyone, but it is definitely very evident in the real estate market as that is the biggest investment a person normally makes in their life. Fortunately, I stayed in real estate and kept on moving forward. I survived the crash and am proud to be able to say that.

I don’t really believe in luck. I think more of it as Seneca states, “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity”. Moreover, throughout the years I have been learning and preparing myself for this new role that I am taking on now as the Broker of Million and Up Realty Miami.
