Ofir, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I sold my car and put it towards opening OFY. Since then, consistency in attention to detail and a one-of-kind customer experience has led to the continued success of the OFY brand.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There are constant struggles in the world of retail. Outside the box thinking and strong vendor relationships has ensured stability and longevity.
OFY – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
OFY is a specialty men’s store. We specialize in our product and providing efficient product knowledge on all goods offered. Our goods range between apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle goods.
What I am most proud of as a store owner is the customer service that we provide. We come to work every day to ensure our customers get a true, authentic shopping experience. In this day in age, customers have outlets to shop everywhere and anywhere at their fingertip. You gotta give them ever more reason to come shop with you, and most importantly, enjoy it.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Starting our own brand and offering something exclusive to our customers only.
