Meet Norman Froscher of Espresso Mail in West Palm Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Norman Froscher.

Norman, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
In 2014, we couldn’t decide whether we wanted to open a coffee shop or a pack and ship center or a business services solution company. So we decided to combine all of these and more and Espresso Mail was born. We offer a full service coffee shop when you need that cappuccino or an iced latte. Our specialty is packing and shipping and mail. Whether it’s putting a stamp on a letter or carefully packaging a fragile piece of art, Espresso Mail is the solution to all your postal and shipping needs. Overnight, international, furniture, we ship it all. Our company prides itself on being a small business and in that regard, we know what services are important to small business owners. We offer faxing, scanning, copying, and notary services. We are also a full service printing solution for business cards, flyers, banners, EDDM, signs, posters, and promotional products. We have both digital and physical mailbox rentals providing a secure commercial street address to receive mail and packages for individuals and businesses. Recently, we’ve expanded our gift and retail items to include jewelry, purses, greeting cards, coffee mugs, candles, balloons, cellphone accessories, office supplies, and novelty items.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Starting a small business from scratch is a challenge in many ways. Starting out, you make mistakes. We do our best to learn from those and stay focused on engaging our customers, solving their problems, and being a partner with them.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Espresso Mail story. Tell us more about the business.
There are dozens of options for people to ship and mail items. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and providing a relationship with our customers rather than simply a transaction. No other company offers the array of services we do. However, we don’t rest on those laurels. We simply want to do it better than anyone else as well. Whether it’s sending a document overseas or making an espresso.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Thomas Jefferson said that he believed in luck and that the harder he worked the more luck he had. We work hard and hopefully smart to make our own luck.
