Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Carrera.
Nick, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
In my early twenties I was seeking a deeper meaning and understanding of life. During that search I came across a practice that was said to be healing and empowering, Breathwork. After several amazing sessions and experiencing the power of it, I wanted to learn more about Breathwork, I trained under very experienced Breathwork facilitator and now I have branched off into my practice.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I think a lot times the path is not as straightforward as we see in our minds, we go through bumps and turns as we move toward the destination or goal we have. There are always challenges that have to be met, and conquered. Being an entrepreneur continual learning and self-development have been necessary in overcoming and growing from seed version of “self”.
Chi Breath – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Our energy sets us apart from the competition. Holding space with love and an eye for detail for Breathwork gives Chi Breath the edge, we are the best Breathwork Facilitators.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I look fondly at having launched Chi Breathwork on Airbnb Experiences and other platforms like ClassPass. Having the practice made available to a wider audience gives me more drive to make a difference in the world.
