Perfectly Madeup was created 9 years ago residing in South Florida with my two beautiful twin boys. As a single mother, I had to find creative ways to occupy my time while I cared for them as newborn babies, I stumbled across beautiful black women on what I called makeup university (YOUTUBE) of color wearing bright and bold beautiful colors. It inspired me to want to pick up an eyeshadow and learn the ART of makeup.
My passion now career has motivated me to take pride into dedicating, and applying myself to enhance the natural beauty of a woman, and has developed a core artistry from fashion shows, to photo shoots developing a name for myself. My goal is to educate women with key tools on how to achieve that flawless face.
Has it been a smooth road?
My biggest challenge working in the industry has been wanting to always challenge myself to become better to be innovative, and staying consistent with always gaining clientele. Because realistically, I was not getting booked every day, so I had to find alternative options to help me build my brand, and stay creative.
By teaching makeup works shops and creating platforms to help inspire and motivate women in the community and to also connect with many different types of women.

Perfecty Madeup is a freelance makeup artistry company that specializes in makeup artistry to enhance the natural woman. For the passion of makeup, I inspire to enhance the already natural beauty of a woman to help exude their confidence.
Working in customer service for 15 years, I take pride in treating every woman with respect, as they should be treated. I am always honored when a client chooses me as their makeup artist to be apart of their most sacred space when exchanging energy with them.”
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see myself creating a platform and events to help inspire upcoming makeup artists to give them the tools, and guidance to help them with their makeup artistry careers.
