Martina, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I always have had a passion for beauty. A couple of years ago, I bought a beauty product and felt in love with it, so I decided that I would have created my product with all the ingredients that I thought women would have loved.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Starting a new company from scratch, it takes a lot of effort and sacrifice. People think that when you own a company and you are your own boss, you will have more free time and more money, but especially in the beginning, it is completely the opposite! I didn’t know anything about starting a business and creating a company, so I started reading and studying a lot. I also hired a great CPA that helped me along the way and he is always available when I need their help.
Please tell us about your company.
My company is a beauty company and at the moment we are on the market with the Botanical Pure Hyaluronic Acid with Vitamin C and Vitamin E that can fit any other skincare line. If I would have to start over, I would only take a little bit more time to prepare everything avoiding some mistakes… but hey none can foresee the future and we just can learn from our mistakes.
