Today we’d like to introduce you to Marina Church and Irina Cruz.
Marina, please share your story with us.
I work together with my mom, Irina Cruz. How did we start? That is a good question… when I was a little girl, I always had the best parties in the neighborhood, made by my mom for my friends and me.
My mom is an entertainer at heart. She also has a MAster degree in Architect, finished music school… so art was always close to our family. We live in Lehigh Acres, FL, originally from Uzbekistan.
My little kids started to have fun parties also, made by my mother… but we never thought to do anything like that professionally, we were shy of our accent at first and thought that we are not professional as someone probably is, until we were invited to one kids birthday party, where clown was invited to entertain the kids with balloons and magic and on that exact day we decided that we can do better. We are working on making our skills, supplies, works better and better each day. If you want your business to grow – never stop to explore and put in something extra into what you do, even if you think you reached the top, there is always can be that someone is better than you… so work on yourself! 🙂
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
First few years were not easy at all… you have to learn a lot of things, and built people trust into your business.
