Meet Maddy Nwankwo

Today we’d like to introduce you to Maddy Nwankwo.

Maddy, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always been an athlete, whether it be playing soccer, basketball, or running cross country. When I started college, it was natural for me to go to the gym because that’s all I knew. Being active was instilled in me. I enjoy going to the gym and challenging myself consistently. Once you start seeing results, it’s easy to keep going. It becomes a lifestyle, and that’s what it is for me now. I go because I enjoy it and it makes me feel good after. That after workout “high” is honestly the best feeling. Knowing that you put your body to work and going to reap the benefits. I see it as a positive outlet with all the chaos that happens in life.

We’d love to hear more about your work.
What I do is not a business per say. I like to share workouts and what I’ve learned over the years during my journey. It’s more of a way to inspire people to get fit. I learned what workouts to do from watching other people’s videos so I figured I’d pay it forward.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Discipline is definitely a characteristic that is important to be able to succeed and meet your goals. Being consistent with going to the gym is usually one of the hardest obstacles that most people face. However, consistency is the only thing that will result in weight loss, muscle gain or whatever the physical goal is.
