Latoya, BSN, is a prepared Registered Nurse with 10 years of professional experience in the Home Health Care industry. She began her career in healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Brooklyn, New York. After relocating to Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from City College in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She started out as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Brooklyn, New York (working in homecare) and transition into the Hospital setting shortly after at Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart, Fl where she cares for the critical Ill patients and families.
She is currently the Owner and Nursing Administrator of Devine Care Plus, LLC, A small minority women business enterprise located in Palm Beach County. She is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and in-home care services. As the Administrator, she is constantly seeking creative ways to foster a dynamic learning environment and to promote high-quality care and continuous improvement. She takes pride in the ability to remain informed of the latest nursing development and to train, educate and practice optimal communication with her staff, and clients.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. The business has it’s uphills and can be challenging at times. The business is seasonal, so financially challenging in the down times but I’m always thankful that I’m getting to do what I love on a daily basis. Nursing is not just my profession it’s my passion.

Devine Care Plus is a Licensed Nurse Registry serving Palm Beach County. Our mission here is to provide our clients with compassionate quality service. We pride ourselves on Compassion, Integrity, and Professionalism, C.I.P. We aim to please by preserving our client’s lives, enriching them with the quality services they deserve at a cost-effective price in their home environment.
Our services are tailored to meet the client’s needs. Specialized care offered such as Respite care, Alzheimer’s care, Medication management, Diabetic care.

Caring and compassionate qualities are most important this can be seen by how Latoya takes time to listen and to understand her patients’ individual needs.
