Today we’d like to introduce you to kraken crew , Samuel sune, Francisco porta , Rafael delgado , Juan sardi.

Thanks for sharing your story with us kraken crew, Samuel , Francisco, Rafael , Juan . So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Kraken Crudo was our first project started by myself Samuel Suñe and Francisco Divo. Our concept was healthy but different sushi always looking to add a different twist. Later on we were presented with the opportunity to open Kraken Lab with Juan Sardi and Rafael Delgado. Kraken Lab is super fresh poke bowls with crazy flavours and combinations you can’t find anywhere.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Just like pretty much every business, we have had our challenges here and there. But I would say one of our biggest challenges would be starting a business at a new plaza or mini outdoor mall. Which is Upper Buena Vista, things like weather and not enough publicity can really take a toll on the restaurants movement. But persistence is key

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the kraken lab story. Tell us more about the business.
Kraken Lab is a fast dinning restaurant were meals are mostly serve on bowls. we offer a different variety of flavors and option such as poke, buddha, and baked fish. We are known for the quality of our fish, and the mix and match of the flavors offered in the menu.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
We as a team don’t believe in good or bad luck. we don’t leave situation to a chance. There is always good in any situation.
