Meet Juan Navia of Luxur Realty in Doral and Kendall

Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan Navia.

Juan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My parents have been in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years, I came to the US in 1999 where start working as a waiter, washing cars, and painting homes. A few years later I got a job working in a distribution warehouse where after one year I was promoted to a managing position, 2 years later I got my Real Estate license and start working Part time with Weichert Realtors where I became the Top producer in a manner of a few months, a year later I decided to get my Brokers license and open my own Brokerage (Luxur Realty) This was in 2007.

About this time the Real estate crisis begin but I never quit and I survive throughout the toughest Real Estate Crisis in the US history. My perseverance and my will to become a leader as a Broker gave me the strength to keep going. In 2012 I met my Partner John Diaz and we decide to join forces to take Luxur Realty to the next level, converting the company to a one-stop shop for Real Estate services ( Real Estate, Mortgage, and Title services) and to become one of the first companies in South Florida offering 100% commission plans to their associates.

Currently, we have over 180 agents and 2 office locations with 2 more coming up soon on 2018.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Not at all, we had many challenges on the road and we still have them, one of the most difficult things we faced was creating a system that allows our associates to be highly productive, giving them leads and different tools without passing those extra costs to them, that’s what makes us different from other Real Estate companies.

Please tell us about Luxur Realty.
We are what we call a Hybrid Real Estate Company, meaning that we offer full-service Real Estate facilities with the costs of a virtual R.E company to our Agents. Our combination of an amazing work atmosphere and providing the most practical and effective tools to support our agents to built and grow their business. Our exceptional business model allows us to provide our agents with the resources they need, empowering them with cutting-edge technology to help them succeed in an ever-changing Real estate market, weekly training and full Broker support at no extra cost set us apart from others.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Interesting question!

After 10 years in business, my best lesson is that time management is one of the most important skills you must develop to become successful in any activity. The one thing we cant get more its time, so I learn to use it wisely in order to make progress.

    My Broker Juan has been crucial to my real estate business and personal growth I have never felt most supported than with him by my side. I have witness his challenges from day one and today Juan is a true inspiration
