Hi Jorge, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
In 2002 I got my first license as an appraiser, in 2005 I got my license for State Certified Residential Appraiser then in 2007 I got my license for Certified General Appraiser and in 2014 I earned my Master Degree in Finance and Management.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The biggest challenge was in the economic crisis 2007-2008.

We are an appraisal company offering services in South Florida since 2005, during this time we helped buyers and sellers determine the market value of their properties, also we have been working with the largests lenders/banks providing accurate appraisals. We believe our values as a company sets us apart from others and our yearn to help the communities surrounding us. We will keep providing professional services supported by a very dedicated team.
