Meet Jessica Prestia of Jessbeinspired in Delray Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Prestia.

Jessica, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was inspired to do energy and spiritual work when my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer several years ago. I was completely overwhelmed and felt extremely anxious. I began meditating every day as a way to cope with my stress. The positive shift I felt was profound. My meditation practice led to a series of inspiring life achievements. I became a reiki master, meditation teacher, energy, crystal, and sound healer. I started to host full moon beach events, and built a community of healers dubbed as the “Vibe Tribe”. We now have expanded our events to all different venues around south FL!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
A lot of people may view my healing journey and doing this work as extremely positive. However, the word HEALING is what resonates with me the most! Any struggles or challenges that I have faced along this road, I have viewed as a divine lesson. I often find myself asking this question along my journey, what is this teaching me?

Tell us about your business. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
I am most popular for my energy readings and healings. During my energy session, I use reiki as the healing modality. This process helps to cleanse your energy, and aligns your chakras. I provide spiritual guidance, and feedback to help you connect to your higher self. It’s almost like spiritual coaching with channeled messages! Sharing your energy and receiving a reading can be very vulnerable. My intention really comes from my heart. I want my clients to feel as relaxed, uplifted, and positive!

I am known for my “Moon” events with a “Vibe Tribe” of healers, and vendors. These events are very special. They have helped build a community of people dedicated to sharing their gifts, and love. Attendees get to connect with like-minded people, be introduced to different healing modalities, and connect with local artists. I was inspired to expand our events from the beach, to more unconventional settings while doing Reiki at a local art festival. Another Reiki master who received a session with me during this festival said, “I love how you are bringing Reiki to this environment.” This really inspired me to share this work with more people, that may have never heard of Reiki, or some of the other services we provide. The results have been amazing. These events have been featured in the Palm Beach Post, and Buzzfeed.

My husband and I have an Etsy shop. My husband creates beautiful, and affordable wire-wrapped crystal jewelry. Each piece is also reiki infused by me. This is such a special and unique addition to our crystal jewelry. Every piece comes with a personalized channeled message.

I host a weekly “Reiki and Sound Healing Circle” every Sunday, at Dancing Lion Yoga studio in Delray Beach. I also host some great and inspiring workshops there!

One of greatest accomplishments recently was becoming a certified meditation teacher with my mentor Davidji. He teaches so many people and corporations all over the world how to meditate! He is such an inspiring and accomplished teacher!

Tell us about your favorite and least favorites things about our city.
What I love about our city is that I truly feel that the best is yet to come! I have witnessed a growth in attendees, and clients that are becoming more open, and connected to this spiritual work! The response and support we have received from this city is truly inspiring! I am so grateful to be apart of it!
