Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Desir.

Jessica, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
EarXecutive is thee brand for exclusive earrings. These earrings are one-of-a-kind statement pieces because they are hand-selected specifically to build the confidence of women. EarXecutive was birth and exposed to the world on June 20, 2020. A time deemed as “uncertain” because of the pandemic but confirmation was received that the time is now.

The name EarXecutive was derived from the word executive but was uniquely created with a twist! Just like an executive has the power to put plans, actions, and laws into effect; EarXecutive has the power to put exclusive earrings into effect.

The motto is “This Is EarXecutive and We Are “EAR” For You!”

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road for EarXecutive. As EarXecutive continues to grow, I am learning new business methods and processes while creating new ideas to keep my brand thriving. One struggle along the way is exposing EarXecutive to all the earring lovers on a national level. I believe that EarXecutive is one of the best kept secrets.

EarXecutive – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
EarXecutive specializes in exclusive earrings that will turn the heads of onlookers. Not only will these earring pieces make a statement but they will own the moment when worn. The exclusiveness of the earrings is what sets us apart from others because it will be difficult for others to duplicate the earrings.

I am extremely proud that EarXecutive is loved by sooooo many women especially clients, that I have never met before. Just knowing that these earrings are uplifting and bringing so much joy and happiness to their life is rewarding.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
With the pandemic, there is so much uncertainty surrounding the gathering of people. I must say that my proudest moment has been successfully completing my 1st On-Site Pop-Up Appearance because the support was so authentic and just to see new and returning clients was fulfilling.
