Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Gordon.
Jenny, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born in Cali-Colombia. I emigrated to the United States with my kids Farlin and Brayan in 1997. After spending the majority of my time working in beauty salons, I came to realize how relaxed and energized people felt after receiving a beauty treatment. This inspired me to become an entrepreneur of the beauty industry. I also recognized that most of the spas in my area didn’t meet my high expectations of professionalism and customer service. I faced many challenges during my new venture: As a single mother, my number one priority was the well-being of my children, which at times conflicted with establishing my own business. In order to run my own business, I also had to enhance my education with a focus in healthcare and administration. After overcoming these obstacles, I was able to inaugurate my own spa. Just4body spa is a dream come true. I created a relaxing and spiritual space for people who are interested in pampering themselves with health and beauty. My personal philosophy in life is to have perseverance, discipline and tenacity.
Thanks to God and my family’s support, I was able to accomplish my dream while raising two kids, as well as staying up countless of nights studying for my college boards.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There will always be an obstacle in the way. For me it was being able to support myself and my kids, as well as not knowing English fluently. The langue barrier was a tough one for me. There were times I didn’t know what the teacher was saying so I took it upon myself to learn it. I can now understand English and speak some of it.

Just4body is a relaxing and spiritual space for people who are interested in pampering themselves with health and beauty. Were specialized in laser hair removal, microblading, facials, massages, nails, hair, lipo laser, and pretty soon we’ll be doing medical procedure like Botox, plasma, and dermal filler.
Just4body focuses on every patient as an important part of our business. We make sure our customers receive the best treatments with hospitality and at affordable prices.
