Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Berger.
Jenny, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Before launching the blog, I spent ten years working in the fashion and lifestyle marketing sector for a diverse range of recognized industry leaders such as Perry Ellis International and Conde Nast Digital. Earlier in my career I represented emerging fashion designers and buyers at a leading New York City wholesale showroom and, during college, I served as a sales consultant at a fashion retailer in Denver. Ever since I can remember, fashion has been my focus. My friends, acquaintances and family members have long recognized my passion and expertise and often ask me for advice and counsel on all things fashion.
Fast forward to early 2015, my husband and I welcomed our adorable baby boy, Jake. Shortly after, I began hearing from many of my fellow new mamas that they felt they had fallen into a post-partum fashion rut and many asked me whether I had any insights or advice that could be helpful. Some told me they didn’t have the time to keep up with the latest trends. Others said they didn’t know how to pick stylish clothes or how to put together fresh-looking and relevant outfits that matched their new figure, life-stage and budget. I committed to help these moms get their groove back. That’s how Miami Style Mom was born! Now we are blessed with our daughter Chloe – she is 15 months old.

I demonstrate to my followers how the pieces can be worn or styled different ways depending on the occasion, season and mood, and at every different price point.
My followers simply click on an outfit they like and, in seconds, all the details — including the brands and information on how to buy the look — are right there at their fingertips. This is a top priority for everyone – especially moms – some of the busiest people on the planet! As a busy mom myself, I understand how hard it is to be stylish with only a little bit of time and money to spend. I make fashion easy, fun and readily accessible to all – let me show you how!
I am often asked by members of the media to provide commentary and insights on emerging fashion trends, styling, deal finding and wardrobe transitions. I have recently appeared on several fashion focused broadcast and print platforms in the Miami area and am always available for interviews or comments, even on short notice. I look forward to staying in touch and hearing from you!
Has it been a smooth road?
I have absolutely had major bumps in the road and when I’m feeling down I run into that person that says “wow- I really love what you’re doing, it’s really helped me.”

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Miami is such a vibrant and dynamic city. I love that there are so many mixed cultures and that everywhere you turn people are speaking different languages. We don’t take ourselves as seriously as those in NYC or LA.
I would say the thing I like least about Miami is July & August!
