Meet Jennifer Carvil of A-List Party Favors in North Miami

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Carvil.

Jennifer, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Hello everyone, I am Jennifer. I am the owner of A-List Party Favors. I have been in the Crafting/Graphic Designing and Event Planning industry for over a decade. I’ve always had a creative eye and I love to give A-List quality work to every custome. My daily goal is to turn a new customer into a returning client. I want you to come back every time you are having an event! Not only that, my work is my sales pitch to every guest at that event. Everyone that takes party favors should be a future client.

In addition to creating customized Party Favors, I help other small businesses market their brands online and via social media. I create promotional flyers, labels, Snapchat Filter’s, Social media posts, logos, websites, graphics, videos, motion ads and much more. Last year, I launched APF ACADEMY. (I wanted to teach individuals how to turn a hobby into a lucrative business at home).

Prior to COVID-19, I would teach face -to- face one on one classes and online virtual sessions for people all across the World. I have had the honor of having students in Barbados, Canada, UK and throughout the USA. While face-to-face classes have been canceled due to COVID19, I still teach online classes weekly. Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest challenge by far was managing a full-time job and a business daily. I made an executive decision to quit my 9-5 job and turn my hobby into the business it is today. I believe that you have to manifest the life that you want to live. All my dreams and Manifestations have come to fruition. Will you have struggles, Yes. Will you have days when you want to give up, Yes. Will you want to quit, Yes. But as long as you believe in yourself, you can do anything you set your mind to do. One thing I can say is whenever you ask GOD for something, you better get ready, because he will pour out a blessing so great… you won’t have room for it… overflow!

With Growth comes more responsibilities. Now, I have put myself in a position to hire employees in the future to enlarge my empire. (Speak it into EXISTANCE.) Imagine being the Creative Director, Graphic designer, Photographer, Videographer, Class Instructor, Customer Service and Shipping and Receiving LOL. I wear a lot of Hats, But I wouldn’t trade it for the peace I have now.

Please tell us about A-List Party Favors.
I am known for my amazing A-list Work. People can spot my custom work at any event and say, “Jen did that!” I specialize in making customized Chip Bags, Cotton Candy Tubes, and all type of Candy Treats. I also make party favors such as chalk boxes, Customized Puzzles, T-Shirts, Banners, Floor Decals and Wraps, Custom Mugs, Face Mask and Much More. I am constantly teaching myself something new daily.

I recently launched my Marketing Agency because not only do I make customized party favors. I build websites and assist small businesses with launching and revamping their companies. I am proud that I have the opportunity to work with all types of people from all over the world and I treat everyone with the same respect. What sets me apart is all of my work is customized for your exact theme!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
A favorite memory was going on trips and family outings with my siblings.
