Thanks for sharing your story with us Jeison. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I serve as the Chief Executive Officer for JeisonGermanGroup. With 20 years of progressive experience in; Retail Sales, Commercial Banking, Merchant Sales, Business Development, Consultant for startups, small businesses and middle-market size companies. These firms include; Technology, for-profit, not-for-profit foundation, charitable organization, and philanthropic institutions. Leading teams of experienced financial professionals, together we deliver; tailored & strategic capabilities to optimize our client’s overall cash management and financial needs.

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been as smooth I wish it could be. Unfortunately, business owners are sometimes afraid to do business with small institutions since they’ve been fooled and taken advantage by other local small company who did not have there best intention. With my 15 years of banking and financing experience, I’ve been able to overcome those hurdles. Other challenges have been finding quality candidates to join our team.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the JeisonGermanGroup story. Tell us more about it.
After 15 years in corporate banking, four years ago, Jeison German Group was born when various industrial and consulting leaders came together with a shared vision and created a new firm built on trust, experience, and innovation.

Our co-founders had previously worked at various Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 consulting firms and now specialize in the effective implementation and execution of business strategies designed to achieve specific, well-defined business goals.

We have created a culture built on hiring the best and the brightest to work on the most challenging projects in the industry.

In 2018, we decided to expand our company to start providing consulting solution in the Miami Market. Who we notice that are in need of a true company to serve their business needs.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe in luck. Everything happens for a reason and I trust God and I fear God, so with that said he is in control. He gives and he takes away but as long as I stay true and faithful I will never want. So, I run my business with that in mind 100% of the time.
