Today we’d like to introduce you to Giselle Fermin.
Giselle, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Around three years ago, my hair was so weak and damaged that I was feeling hopeless. My Mom used to prepare me a lot of homemade natural products to help me out. And, after so many different trials, we found the one that really got my hair back. That is when I decided to help other people, especially women because I know how important is the appearance of the hair to us. By creating a complete set of natural products (with no sodium paraben) and that anyone could use because they are made for all hair types. The “G” (from Grace By G) stands for God. I can’t stop thanking Him for that.
Has it been a smooth road?
It was a lot of struggles because we wanted to create a product that was completely natural and for all hair types.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the GRACE BY G story. Tell us more about the business.
We have the best set of shampoo, conditioner and leave on and what we are more proud about is that they have been helping all hair types, which is very odd because normally, hair product company create different hair products depending on the hair types of people.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I was always very dedicated to everything I was assigned to. Also, I’m always thinking on how to do business since I was little at school. I have always believe in God and that we always have to think positive and big. We have to set our priorities. Perseverance and faith are the keys to success.
