Today we’d like to introduce you to Gigi Fergile-Caseneuve.
Gigi, before we jump into specific questions about your work, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida I pursued a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University. I’ve always had compassion by helping my friends, family and my patients so I obtained a professional background in healthcare. While gaining experience working full-time in many different areas of healthcare I’ve met and helped countless different people in many ways.
While fulfilling my passion, my academic path towards healthcare led my interest in real estate. So, with that being said I decided to peruse my dreams in also helping families obtain financial freedom through property ownership as a Real Estate Professional.
Has it been a smooth road?
With any career, there’s always struggles, especially in the beginning. Mistakes on my path quickly turned into life learning lessons.. Real estate is constantly changing so you have to learn to KEEP UP!

I am a real estate agent under Elite Realty Partners Inc. I specialize in residential real estate sales and rentals within the state of Florida. As a Realtor, I provide exceptional customer service and focuses on seller’s and buyer’s satisfaction. I also actively listen, engage, and responds positively to all my clients. My attention to detail and knowledge has helped me gain respect and trust from all clients. I also have a genuine passion for real estate and my motto is to guide every client through their real estate transaction.
What sets me apart, I will provide nothing less than the above quality of service to buyers and sellers alike, in order to earn not only their repeat business but also earn their trust. I earn the respect of my clients by consistently advocating for their needs and doing whatever is necessary on their behalf to protect their best interests.
