Meet Exotic Rozay and Amanda Mahadeo of IV The Culture Podcast in Fort Lauderdale

Today we’d like to introduce you to Exotic Rozay and Amanda Mahadeo.

Exotic and Amanda, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Everything started about a year & half ago a friend, Max contacted me (exoticrozay) saying he wanted to start a podcast with me. Since I’m already in the entertainment field it only made sense. I had connections through networking. But the funny thing is I never wanted to be on camera. I just wanted to be behind the scenes. So I tried to find two co-hosts to work with max but was only successful in finding one person. So I had no choice to become the 3rd co-host which works out better.

The second co-host was Tina Marie she’s been with me since I started my separate company she is the real MVP lol. But she ended up stepping down for personal reasons. So we were down a co-host. So I was on Instagram one day and say this woman on a podcast doing an interview and told myself she would fit in perfectly so I reached out and Amanda Mahadeo joins our family and it’s been great ever since. Here now in 2020 we have elevated to another level and plan on continuing to grow. Sadly max is no longer with us and we will be having a replacement stay tuned.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Nothing in life is smooth and if it is it won’t last. In the beginning stage, we ran into not releasing major celebrities interviews because of the background noise, not having the right equipment… technical difficulties… as we grew we got better and handle everything differently. Thank god we have someone handling the editing & Equipment.

Please tell us more about your work. What do you guys do? What do you specialize in? What sets you apart from competition?
We specialize in education and when I say that our interviews can be funny & crazy sometimes but you will also learn something new. So what separates us from others we touch every topic. We are not afraid to take it to another level. People think doing interviews is easy it’s really art if you think about it. We are really proud of the level and achievements we have reached.

What’s your outlook for the industry over the next 5-10 years?
Podcasts and YouTube are what’s trending right now. An interview can make you look at someone you hated differently. I honestly think there will be big shift, changes in the near future.
