Meet Dinasty Brown of Queendom Dinasty in Tampa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dinasty Brown.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Dinasty. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My entrepreneurship journey started in college when I needed money but with my workload did not have time for a regular job. Instagram along with Virgin Hair had just started getting popular and many people begin to use it as a platform for an online business, I saw the opportunity and joined. After 5 years of selling hair, I launched Queendom Dinasty where I provide business coaching, online courses, business books, and most importantly encouragement to young women to step out on faith and start an online business.
My story here:

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Defiantly not easy, it is hard work. Being so young, I started at 18, I had no idea what I was doing. Everything I know I had to teach myself after making a mistake. Made so many mistakes with managing my business, customer service, and specifically managing finances. It’s a learning process and I just take it all in and keep going.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Queendom Dinasty – what should we know?
I’ve created Queendom Dinasty to be a platform to encourage, empower, and educate young women on believing in themselves and starting their own business to become their own boss and gain financial freedom. I specialize in social media marketing, specifically how to start a business and make money using Instagram. My proudest moment is when I coach and teach young girls coming out of high school how to start an online business and they send me financial reports of making $10,000 a month or more. That makes me so happy, I’ve did my job by showing them what’s possible and that entrepreneurship is real and they do not have to take the traditional route if that’s not where their heart is.

What sets me a part is that I am real and relatable. I like to teach with a straight to the point and no fluff structure. It’s important I make things easy and simple for my clients so they can go out, start their business, and get results fast!

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
It is important to have friends and people around you who’s on the same page but also believes in what you are doing. I think that really played a big part. Not only was I hustling and striving to build a brand but all of my friends and people I surrounded myself with was too, that keeps you going.
