Today we’d like to introduce you to Dazjon Tinae.
Dazjon, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Back in 2010, when I was a junior in high school, I had an extreme interest in finance, investments, and the power of money. I did not grow up the most fortunate like many other kids but my focus was always, “what can I do to excel.” After extensive research and planning, eventually, I went to college, where I obtained my BA and MBA in business – Finance in 2016 and 2017.
During graduate school, I branched out and moved to Florida, where I launched Tinae’s Wealth Management (in 2019), where we focus primarily on business consulting, credit restoration, and financial management. After a year and a half of running the business, Tina’s Wealth Management has found great success by providing clients and people within the local community the opportunity to grow through FREE education. I am very passionate about what I do, not because of the money, but because of where I’ve come from. I hope one day to inspire many people to do what is right for them and their family.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road was not always as smooth as many people may think. It was tough. Along the way, there is competition. You have to proof yourself in the real world or people will not listen to you. Being “credible” in today’s age, where social media is extremely used can be hard. You must be able to convince groups or masses of people that you can lead them to success.
I DID NOT sell very well for the first couple of months but I did find many techniques and strategies that allowed us to get our name out. I advertised free content on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, where I was able to attract many leads as well as provide services to those very same people. At the beginning, it’s always hard because no one knows you. What I can say is that you can change the situation when you prove that you are PASSIONATE about what you do.

Tinae’s Wealth Management provides business consulting, credit restoration, and financial management services. We are MOST KNOWN for business consulting and financial management, where we work with clients on how to allocate their money to maximize their hard-earned work dollars. I am proud that our employees work hard to satisfy the client. I am a happy business owner because I believe I have a great team who lives up to the value of what we can provide. I love the team I work with.
TWM separates themselves from others because we do the dirty work. We pick up the phones and call creditors & agencies; we also do the research that can be rigorous for the average person to handle. We want the process to be as easy as possible so we do what we can to alleviate the stress. I have three books (one to be published soon), free YouTube content, a podcast, as well as the services that we provide.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I do not believe in luck. I believe in planning, goal setting, and creating the action plan. Luck doesn’t exist when the individual works hard.
