Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Silva.
Daniela, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
In my home country of Venezuela, in the city of Caracas, is where my passion for real estate really developed. Through managing family-owned properties, I witnessed the pride of people being handed the keys to their new front doors for the first time and learned the importance of what it really meant to create a home. After moving from Venezuela five years ago, and experiencing that same pride in my new home, my passion to continue to help others to open new doors flourished. Miami is my new front door if you will, and after falling in love with the city and all it has to offer, owning a piece of it is definitely a privilege and blessing.
I started working as a transaction coordinator for a broker and through hard work and determination, I worked my way up to a real estate advisor. A new set of demands, obstacles, and let alone a new country proved to be overwhelming at times, but not enough to keep a hard-working woman’s passion at bay. Ultimately, this persistence leads me to build my own real estate business. I found that no matter what you choose to do in life, there will be people who doubt your choices and question your ability to succeed. Many doubted my ability to thrive in the competitive real estate industry, especially when going independent. We are our own worst critics, and whenever I began doubting how far I could go, I remembered just how far I had come.
It is with much pride and gratitude that I am happy to say that I am blessed to continue to open new doors for many. All you have to do is be bold enough to knock.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing worth having in this life ever comes easy. Coming to the United States was a major culture shock for me. Adapting to my new surroundings at first was far from easy, and learning a new language came with many obstacles of its own. However, I was determined to find my way, make my mark, and have my newly found Miami accent heard!
Having those closest to me doubt my ability to tackle the industry was a major struggle for me to work past. This is going to be a consistent struggle through life. The nay-sayers come in many shapes and forms and they can be found around every turn on the path to success.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
Currently, I serve Miami Dade county and Broward county. If it’s real estate related, I’m there! I’m dynamic in that I work closely with clients who are looking to sell and or looking to buy a new place to call home, as well as real estate investors who are seeking the best return on their investment.
I have a track record of always being 100% committed to my clients and getting the job done right. I treasure the opportunity I have created for myself here and nothing brings me more happiness than walking side by side with my client throughout the whole experience. I go above and beyond to ensure that I make that experience as enjoyable and exciting as possible. It’s a big step for many of my clients and being able to take the leap with them is an absolute blessing and fuels my passion.
I get proven positive results for my clients, and it is my job to not stop until I do so. This career I have made for myself in Real Estate is something that I take very seriously. I provide the best service to my clients by putting myself in their shoes by meeting a diversity of needs and treating them with the utmost respect and consideration. What is most rewarding along the journey I share with the clients is finally getting what they really wanted and wished for. Coaching my clients through their investments to reach the best solution is constantly motivating for me. Also, witnessing families receive the keys to their new homes to begin a new chapter in their lives is something I wouldn’t trade for the world.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Training new real estate agents to give them the tools to excel in this field has to be the proudest moment so far. Being able to share my knowledge to promote professional growth in other individuals is extremely fulfilling.
