Today we’d like to introduce you to Cindy Vargas.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have been in the Furniture Retail business for over ten years, starting as a part-time assistant while attending college. I then began to grow and develop my skills and hone on my strengths to eventually be offered to work internationally in this field.
Having understood what I was looking for and how to achieve my goals, I found the opportunity to be a part of an amazing team in BoConcept Miami; and eventually grew into my role as Senior Design Consultant.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I had to really find my footing in what it is that I was truly looking for, not only in a career but also in my purpose. I have held almost every position possible, from Sales Assistant (coffee maker), through Store Manager, but that does not necessarily mean that the higher up the ladder, the more fulfilled I felt. After many learning curves, I found exactly what I was looking for, a role that is fulfilling, challenging, and where my success is measured by my effort and work ethic, and I found it here, at BoConcept Miami.
