Bebita and Nelson, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We started our business by providing a small group of clientele vacation rental properties in the area of Miami Beach, Florida. Through the years we can proudly say that we manage vacation rental properties all over South Florida. Giving all our guest a more personalized vacation experience!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been fun, interesting, and blessed road for us! This business opportunity has given us an open door to meet new people and to create a great connection with them. When in comes to traveling, everything is fun. We have to admit that is hard to please everyone, but the challenge it’s always welcomed.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about The South Beach Studio – what should we know?
The personalized treatment we give our guests. The properties are all ocean fronts, with resorts amenities and most with parking included. All rooms fully equipped with kitchenettes and the prices are fairly low.

My husband is the engine that sparked up my life and our business. With his strength, support and great belief in me, he made it all happen! Together we are one! Just when I though life could not be more giving, I meet my mentor, her name is Maria Elena Izaguirre. A great woman herself, that open for me a door of opportunities and her side, I have learned not only about business but about life, friendship, and love!
