Nate, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I used to be on the consumer end, so I know very well what makes clients happy and more importantly what makes them upset. Usually new clients come to us with a lot of emotional baggage from their negative experiences from other marketing companies that they used. This trauma that customers carry with them makes them very reluctant from trusting a marketing company again.

Has the marketing industry forgotten about how to treat customers? The ugly and unfortunate truth is that too many marketing companies rip customers off and don’t live up to customers’ satisfaction.

As a customer, I too had my share of negative experiences with marketing companies. This is the reason I started BBEX… promising to provide customers with transparency and the high-quality service that they deserve.

Has it been a smooth road?
The biggest challenge for us has been trying to break down the traumatic barrier that new customers carry with them from their negative experiences with other marketing companies. They’re convinced that all marketing companies are evil, and as a result are – rightfully so – very mistrustful. We handle them with kid gloves in explaining who we are and how we work. As soon as we start working together though, they see the difference and we work hard to make them happy from there on.

I love the food and atmosphere. I also love the waterfront scene, it’s quite remarkable. I could live without the traffic, sometimes creating frustrating congestion while driving, especially during peak season or certain times.
