Thanks for sharing your story with us Bart. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 1968, Tom Dunne started Tiger & Dragon Martial Arts. By 1970, he had 7 martial arts school opened in South Florida.

I started trained directly with Tom Dunne in 1970 making my black belt under Tom Dunne in 1975 taking over the organization in 1980. In 1985, we started the ISFA which was the International ShootfFighting Association.

We starting training people overseas which included Finland’s Military and Police, Sweden, Russia, Japan, Canada – Canada’s Federal & State Police.

To date, I am currently training the Miami Beach Police Department, the South Miami Swat Department, the City of Miami Swat Fire Department, West Miami Beach Police Department, the Hialeah Police Department and North Miami Beach Police Department.

Our Headquarters are in Sunrise Florida with locations throughout South Florida.

Has it been a smooth road?
Not too bad like anything in life. You have to set your goals and stay focus.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Tiger&Dragon Martial Arts and ISFA – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We teach Martial Arts and what sets up apart is that we teach private classes at group rates.

We set up the first safety programs for airlines.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Our city is great. We have all different types of cultures, the weather, the beaches. There is always something going on in Miami Beach and if that is too fast for you, then drive 35 mins north to Fort Lauderdale Beach and a lot of thing going on but at a slow pace.
