Today we’d like to introduce you to Alina Vakulina.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Alina. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Hi, my name is Alina. I was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to USA 10 years ago. I’ve started photography around that time. Been always inspired by different people and their stories. Four years ago, my daughter was born and around that time, I’ve decided to become a Family and Newborn Photographer because I realized how important to capture those precious moments. I love what I do and always keep educating myself by taking different masterclasses, photography courses and of course I love being inspired by my little heroes 🙂

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Definitely, it hasn’t been an easy road. It took a lot of time, dedication and hard work to get where I am right now.

We’d love to hear more about your work.
I am a Newborn/Maternity Photographer based in Miami. The best part of my work is that I get to see that miracle of life, a newborn babies and then to see them grow, I am taking my job very serious and responsible. My priority is baby’s safety and mother’s comfort, as this type of Photoshoot is very specific and unique. It takes a lot of knowledge not just in photography, lighting, composition but also a proper baby posing and baby’s safety. I have my unique style, approach and quality; that’s why parents trust me and keep coming back.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
There is some part of luck, but a bigger part is hard work and dedication.
