Today we’d like to introduce you to Yvonne, Nicole and Cecille Levy.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
We always knew that we wanted to work together. Since we have loved all of our lives jewelry and design, it was an easy choice for us. Two and a half years ago, we decided to create a modern, simple, and luxurious Jewelry line that everyone could use for different occasions, and many people could afford it.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been a smooth and joyful road. We are three sisters with different personalities. We enjoy, embrace, and use our different strengths to build and manage our company. Each one of us has her own role; Yvonne is in charge of sales and public relations, Nicole is in charge of graphic design, and our website and Cecille is our CFO in charge of all the numbers, and we support each other when the other one needs it.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Alev Jewelry story. Tell us more about the business.
We specialize in fine jewelry. We make personalized, modern, and delicate designs that are affordable and wearable everyday. We are most proud of as a company that we started selling jewelry from the studio of our home and two years and a half later, we have created great relationships with loyal customers that love our line and our customer service. We are also opening our showroom in the next few weeks and we feel proud that we are selling our line in different countries.
