Today we’d like to introduce you to Hayley Albert.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My husband, Luke, and I got our start in the Real Estate industry in 2018. But our story started long before this. Growing up my Dad was involved in the construction industry and dabbled in real estate investing. My Aunt has been an agent for 40+ years. I grew up in and around the business. Luke had a great passion for learning about real estate and started his self education in 2014 through podcasts such as bigger pockets long before rental properties, airbnb, and cashflow were the trending thing.
Luke set out to get his license to become an agent. I followed after this and the rest is history. We built our husband and wife team helping anyone from first time home buyers, to real estate investors, to those finding their forever home. Whether it is a couple retiring and downsizing, moving to be closer to their grown children, or a family beginning their journey and needing more space, the spectrum is vast. At the heart of it is our passion for real estate as an investment for financial and emotional security. A purpose driven investment for all.
Now we have helped nearly 200 clients and have over 70M in total sales volume. Just the two of us working hands on with people like you and me to realize the great impact on investing in real estate.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Getting started was the scariest part and building day after day is probably the next. We both quit our steady paycheck jobs to pursue real estate fulltime after buying our first home, which was also Luke’s first sale, through seller finance. It was a risk but we were young and had not much to loose.. We decided to turn this first home into an investment property. Rent it out on airbnb and live with family. We had nowhere to go but up right?
Through hardwork, perseverance, will power and by God’s grace we have built our business to what it is today. Each day is a learning curve. The industry and world is evolving everyday. There are always new challenges. We have leaned in this business there are no guarantees. Everything is out of your control except how hard you are willing to work and how you show up each and every day.

The Albert team is a husband and wife real estate Team brokered by United Realty Group. We are realtors who specialized in the Northern Palm Beach County market – treasure coast. We view our business as selling homes through the eyes of an investor. We don’t just sell homes, we are helping people invest in themselves as they buy and sell real estate. We have a hands-on and holistic approach making sure every detail of the process is accounted for. We are the guide for your home buying journey from start to finish. When it comes time to sell we will help you go over all options, sell vs lease. Showcasing our listings in their best light is something we do best. The creative process of preparing a listing for the market is one of our favorite things. From the story behind the home to the photos, video, and social media marketing we are diligent to beautifully showcase our clients greatest investment, their home.
