Today we’d like to introduce you to Abel Sanchez Jr.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My passion for fitness, dance, and event production starter at a very young age. I was 15 years old when I started my first business in the backyard of my parent’s home in a small town back in Texas. Utilizing my gymnastic and dance training, I founded the first all-star competitive cheer team. I would invoice parents for team choreography, gymnastic and partner stunt training. Parents even had the option to pay for private training. I organized parent meetings and team fundraising events to help raise money for our team trips to regional and National competitions in Orlando, Florida. I researched exercises to help with our team training workouts which helped build Our cardiovascular, stamina, core strength, and flexibility. This opened doors to the personal training and group fitness field which later helped me get top fitness positions at Bally total Fitness and New York Sports Club, quickly following my high school graduation I made my move from Texas to The big Apple where I expanded my dance training and later booked jobs for many dance gigs such as Oklahoma, and Jingle Ball Tour. This is where my love for show production grew immensely. After ten years in NYC, I moved back to Texas and started my official corporate business WYNOT Fitness, which led to WYNOT International LLC here in Miami, Florida, the umbrella corporation of WYNOT Fitness, Miami WYNOT Eat, and ION Productions.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At a very young age of nine. I knew I always wanted to be a Professional dancer, choreograph, and produce shows. Coming from a small town in South Texas, there were no classes nor studios that offered dance instruction. I had to find other ways to learn the art. Up until high school, I always knew I would go to NYC to expand my knowledge in dance and audition for many musical theater shows on Broadway. I had explained my future to my high school, which then tried to advise me to go elsewhere for school. My plans were just a dream and should focus on something more realistic. Obstacles were always present leading up to where
I am today, but I fought back to break those obstacles. Which has led to where I am today.
We’ve been impressed with WYNOT International LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
WYNOT International LLC was first formed in Texas in 2017 as WYNOT Fitness. With our extensive knowledge in the fitness industry, performing arts, event production, event Catering, and Hospitality, WYNOT International LLC was erected in 2019.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Since the pandemic, we are gearing more to a virtual and noncontactless company keeping our award-winning customer service concepts.
