Hi Marline, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m an entrepreneur, businesswoman CEO Food Fusion Cuisine, CEO of Pam Se Paw, a none profit organization helping children in Haiti, CEO MARLEY ONLINE STORE, MANAGER STAINMEDIAS AND CO JleyNews ENTERTAINMENT Singer, born in Port-au-Prince Haiti migrated here in the late 1980’s grew up in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up, I didn’t like to cook because it was a must. I don’t like pressure, because I was pressured to cook, I hated it. When I moved on my own, I had no choice but to start cooking for myself. So I started cooking for my husband and soon realize it’s not so bad after all. So I started cooking for parties, started cooking at home and deliver the platters to homes, business and schools. I realized how great the business was I went and got a storefront.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I had many obstacles this year, including covid19, inspection, etc. This year has been very challenging in every aspect for me, despite the challenges I manage to open the doors of food fusion after 11 months of wait, manage to open Food Fusion cuisine in Dominican Republic. Working on my None profit organization, and working on my 1st album..

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Food Fusion Cuisine is a Haitian restaurant located in Philadelphia at 6527 Rising Sunrise Ave, Restaurant establish June of 2014 as a catering company, inaugurated the restaurant in December 12, 2020, We take pride in our culture, though our recipes are mixtures of different cultures but the goal is to sell the Haitian cuisine every where we go.

The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Yes, Covid19 have taught me to work and motive myself no matter what the circumstances are because our days are short. Most importantly to live, love and laugh.
