Hi Fiorella, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My name is Fiorella and I’m from Lima, Peru. I have over 10 years of experience in marketing and social media. After many years working for different companies, three years ago I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become an entrepreneur. I created my own social media agency called Inspire Brands, where I help entrepreneurs boost their social media presence. I’ve worked with clients from several countries around world.
In addition to my passion for marketing, I decided to become a content creator. This has allowed me to collaborate with amazing brands that I once dreamed of working with. My content focuses on lifestyle, fashion and hospitality.
As an entrepreneur, when I moved to Miami I wanted to connect with more like-minded women, but I struggled to find the right community. So, I decided to create a beautiful community called “Lady Boss Club.” It’s now a space for women entrepreneurs or those who, like me, have recently moved to Miami and are looking to connect, build meaningful relationships, have fun, and support one another. In 2024 I hosted 10 successful events with local brands here in Miami, and this year I have even more exciting events planned.
Through all of these events, I’ve had the privilege of meeting amazing and powerful women, and I’m truly proud of what this community has become. The goal is to foster genuine connections, open your circle to new friends, and empower women to support one another, both personally and professionally.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe that when you want to achieve something, the road is not always easy, but if you put passion, a positive attitude, and your heart into it, you will make it work. For me, when I moved to Miami a year ago, at first I thought starting over in a new country might be difficult. However it has turned out to be an amazing and rewarding experience. I’ve met great people here and made new friends, and I have had the support of my husband and family in every step. Now, my marketing agency has clients in the USA, I created this beautiful community, and I’m working as a content creator. I truly believe that if you decide to step out of your comfort zone, great things can happen.

Lady Boss Club is a vibrant women’s social club where I host monthly events with amazing local brands in Miami. These events give women a chance to network, make new friends, and enjoy fun, exciting activities. Every event is carefully curated, and all the women absolutely love the experience! It’s a beautiful, supportive community with the goal of building real connections, expanding your circle of friends, and empowering women to lift each other up, both personally and professionally.
