Her previous roles as the founder of an international nonprofit organization, where she established an orphanage in Haiti, and as a retired TV personality, have sharpened her skills in communication, networking, marketing, and relationship-building—key elements that contribute to her team’s continued success.

Originally from Chicago, Jeannette resides in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she shares her home with her beloved 130lb English Mastiff, Brutus. A passionate advocate for children’s aid, Jeannette also dedicates time to causes such as Great Lakes Mastiff Rescue and Dog Dog Ranch. When not working, she enjoys yoga, pilates, and fine dining, balancing her professional and personal life between Florida and Illinois.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Staying ahead in the ever-shifting real estate market requires a structured and adaptive approach. Influenced by market trends, buyer preferences, and economic factors, this landscape is constantly evolving, demanding a steady hand and clear strategy. My routine combines daily market analysis, strong client communication, and continuous professional development, allowing me to anticipate changes and guide clients confidently through every transaction.
The challenges of COVID were tough for the industry, yet we identified a strong niche and achieved remarkable growth, tripling our sales revenue during that period. This year’s high interest rates and election-year uncertainties have also tested many real estate teams, but we prevailed by maintaining a positive, cautious approach that’s allowed us to serve our clients’ best interests, no matter the climate. You have to navigate the constant shifts and stay well informed on the market trends to best serve your clients.

In addition to our work in Greater Palm Beach County, I serve as a dedicated resource for clients relocating from the Midwest, supported by the Jeannette Pawula Group Real Estate Team I also oversee in Chicago and the Northshore suburbs. This dual presence allows me to offer seamless transitions for those moving between these regions, combining local expertise with a deep understanding of Midwestern clients’ unique needs and expectations as they relocate to Florida.
