Exploring Life & Business with Cayleen Davies of 24-7 Creative Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cayleen Davies.

Hi Cayleen, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my career as a model after being encouraged to move to Miami at a young age. That experience gave me a unique perspective on the industry, not just in front of the camera, but behind it. Being on set so frequently, I became increasingly interested in the production side, how everything comes together, from the creative vision to the execution.
Over time, that curiosity turned into a transition, and I began building my own production company. What drew me in was the ability to take an idea and bring it to life in a thoughtful, organized way. I’ve always been drawn to creating environments where things feel seamless and elevated, even when there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a range of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, producing campaigns and content that require both a strong creative eye and a high level of execution. Much of my growth has come from long-term relationships and a reputation for delivering work that feels both refined and efficient.
Today, I run a Miami-based production company focused on fashion and lifestyle. I’m continuing to grow the business by taking on larger, more elevated projects and building systems that allow everything to operate at a high level while still maintaining a sense of calm and intention.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most businesses, there have been periods of strong momentum followed by quieter seasons, and learning how to navigate that has been one of the biggest challenges.
In the beginning, a lot of it was figuring things out as I went, building a network, understanding the business side of production, and learning how to manage both the creative and logistical demands at the same time. Over time, the challenges shifted more into scaling, how to grow in a way that feels consistent and sustainable, while still maintaining a high standard.
One of the ongoing challenges is that production can be very cyclical. You can go from being fully booked to needing to generate new opportunities again, so building systems and relationships that create more consistency has been an important focus for me.
At the same time, balancing a growing business with family life has required a lot of intention. My work can be very demanding, so I’ve had to become very disciplined with my time and clear about my priorities.
Overall, those challenges have really shaped how I operate today. They’ve pushed me to build a business that is not only successful, but also structured in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with my life.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about 24-7 Creative Group?
I run a photo and video production company based in Miami, primarily working with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. We handle everything from concept development through execution, including casting, locations, crew, logistics, and on-set production. My role is really about bringing all of those moving parts together in a way that feels seamless and efficient.
What I specialize in is taking creative ideas and turning them into a clear, executable plan. Production can be complex, especially at a higher level, and I’m known for creating structure around that complexity so that everything runs smoothly on set.
I think what sets me apart is the balance between organization and tone. I run a very structured operation, but I’m intentional about creating an environment that feels calm, collaborative, and elevated. That combination allows both clients and teams to do their best work without things feeling chaotic.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built and the level of trust I’ve earned with clients. A lot of my work comes from repeat collaborations, which I think speaks to both the experience we create and the consistency of the work.
I want readers to know that we offer a full-service, highly organized production experience, but one that still feels thoughtful and intentional. My goal is always to make the process as smooth as possible while delivering work that feels refined and aligned with the brand we’re working with.

What are your plans for the future?
Looking ahead, my focus is on continuing to grow the business in a more intentional and scalable way. I’m working toward building a more consistent pipeline of higher-level projects, with a core group of aligned clients and a strong team in place so I can operate more fully in an executive producer role.
I’m also putting more emphasis on content and how it can support the business. There’s a real opportunity to share more of the process, the thinking behind production, and the perspective that comes with experience in this space, in a way that feels aligned with my brand.
Beyond that, I’m interested in expanding into more elevated and creative projects, continuing to refine the level of work we’re producing, and being thoughtful about the types of collaborations I take on.
Overall, I’m focused on growth, but in a way that still feels intentional, sustainable, and aligned with both my business and my life.
