Hi Tiara, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I must say the story behind “Teelon” is very bitter sweet but I’ll just dive right in❕I’ve always had a keen interest for creating new styles since I was a little girl I had someone who was very close to me motivate me too take a leap of faith so march of 2020 I decided to start up my very own boutique all because of my bestfriend Lunide aka London not only was she my number #1 supporter I was hers as well we always talked about going into business together but unfortunately July of 2020 she lost her life too gun violence at a block party .. I was broken ❕ Imagine going from talking/ seeing someone everyday , someone you not only talked too about your future with but also someone you called a sister is gone in the blink of an eye and the only thing you were left with is memories I was in such a dark place at the time I wanted to give up I couldn’t do it but with the support of friends & family I was able to cope with her death so in honor of her name I decided to carryon our dream and rebrand my business as Teelon Collection Tee (Me) Lon (London) 🩷 fast fwd to almost 4 years later Teelon collection is flourishing .
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I wouldn’t call it smooth but being an entrepreneur does have its days in the beginning I wasn’t really consistent I must say I doubted myself a lot . It was days I made a lot of sales then some days I didn’t make any sales at all off course me being a first time business owner I was very discouraged because of that social media plays a big part in entrepreneurship but after a while you realize success doesn’t happen overnight you have to start from somewhere .

Here at Tee Lon Collection we specialize in offering the latest fashion keeping you stylish and up to date . we are known for our designer swimwear’s I’d say what sets us apart from others businesses we actually have a story behind our name . I’m honestly proud that I was able to fulfill our business plans because even though she isn’t here physically Iknow she’s proud , We’ve recently expanding on more fashion wear for not only just women but kids & men as well .
How do you define success?
Success is something you aim for such as setting goals to accomplish.
