Community Highlights: Meet Bianca Hanosh of bebes.foodies and bebes.cookies

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bianca Hanosh.

Hi Bianca, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey as a chef began with a deep love for food, creativity, and bringing people together around the table. After graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts from Schoolcraft College.

But I always knew I wanted to create something of my own — something that combined my personal style with professional technique. That vision came to life when I moved to downtown Miami and launched my personal chef business, offering luxury in-home dining, custom weekly meal prep, intimate event catering, and private cooking lessons. My services cater to clients looking for an elevated and personalized culinary experience in the comfort of their homes.

My culinary style draws inspiration from my favorite cuisines — Asian, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, and Mexican — and every menu I design is tailored to my client’s preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle. I focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a flawless presentation, bringing restaurant-level elegance to private settings.

Around the same time, my creativity in the kitchen led me to start another venture: bebes.cookies — Miami’s Thick & Fabulous Cookies. What began as a fun side project quickly grew into a full-blown brand, known for its indulgent, over-the-top cookie creations like cheesecake-filled, Oreo-stuffed, vegan, and gluten-free options. As the Cookie Queen, I built bebes.cookies as a way to share joy and decadence, one oversized cookie at a time. It perfectly complements my personal chef brand, adding a playful, sweet twist to my culinary portfolio.

Today, both my chef services and bebes.cookies reflect my passion for food, creativity, and excellence. Whether it’s a curated private dinner or a box of thick and fabulous cookies, I love crafting experiences that leave people feeling satisfied, pampered, and inspired.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all — like most entrepreneurial journeys, mine came with its fair share of challenges. When I first moved to Miami, I was starting from scratch. I had zero clients, no network, and a brand-new city to navigate. Panic definitely started to kick in. I questioned whether I made the right move and wondered how long it would take to get my first opportunity.

But deep down, I knew that time would pass no matter what — and instead of letting fear hold me back, I decided to trust my skills, stay consistent, and put myself out there. Slowly but surely, things started to shift. I picked up three regular clients fairly quickly, mostly doing weekly meal prep and the occasional private dinner. That momentum reminded me why I started and gave me the confidence to keep going.

Building trust in a luxury market takes time, and I had to wear all the hats — chef, marketer, business manager, and more. There were long days, self-doubt, and moments where I had to push through uncertainty. But each challenge made me more resilient, and every satisfied client reminded me that I was exactly where I was meant to be.

The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been worth it. And I’m proud of how far I’ve come — from having zero clients to building a business rooted in passion, quality, and meaningful connections.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I run a personal chef business based in Miami, offering luxury in-home dining experiences, custom meal prep, intimate catering, and private cooking lessons tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences. I specialize in globally inspired cuisine — particularly Asian, Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, and Mexican — and focus on delivering restaurant-quality meals with a highly personalized and professional touch.

What sets me apart is the experience I create beyond the food itself. I bring intention, creativity, and warmth into every service, whether it’s a beautifully plated multi-course dinner or a week’s worth of clean, nourishing meals. My clients trust me to take the stress out of their meals while still feeling completely taken care of — and that’s something I’m proud of.

In addition to my private chef services, I also own bebes.cookies — Miami’s Thick & Fabulous Cookies. It’s a fun, indulgent cookie brand known for decadent flavors, playful stuffing (like cheesecake or Oreos), and a soft, rich texture. We offer classic, vegan, and gluten-free options — all baked with love and a little extra flair. As the Cookie Queen, I love the way this brand allows me to be creative and spread joy through sweets.

What I’m most proud of brand-wise is how authentic both businesses are to who I am — passionate, creative, detail-driven, and rooted in making people feel good through food. Whether it’s a private dinner for two or a custom box of cookies, my goal is always the same: to create something memorable, thoughtful, and delicious.

I want readers to know that when they book with me, they’re not just getting a chef — they’re getting someone who truly cares about their experience. Every service is customized, high-touch, and elevated — built to make everyday life (or any special occasion) feel luxurious and effortless.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What I love most about Miami is the energy — the beach, the diversity, and the vibrant mix of cultures and cuisines. It’s a city that constantly inspires me as a chef. There’s always something new to taste, explore, or learn from the people around me. I love how food brings everyone together here, no matter where you’re from.

What I like least? Definitely the traffic and the way people drive! It can be chaotic and a little stressful, especially when you’re trying to get to clients on time. But even with the traffic, it’s a city full of opportunity and creativity, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
