Ashley, Ignite Social was recently featured on Season 22 of The Blox hosted by Wes Bergmann — what was it like competing alongside 100 entrepreneurs and representing your company on a national stage?
Being part of The Blox was never something I anticipated. I was actually encouraged by clients and colleagues to apply, and after making it through the interview process and being accepted, I felt incredibly honored. Representing Ignite Social on a national stage alongside more than 100 passionate entrepreneurs was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Interestingly, I didn’t approach it with a competitive mindset. I saw it as an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and fully immerse myself in an environment surrounded by driven individuals who were building meaningful businesses. I became a sponge — absorbing insights from fellow founders, mentors, and industry leaders. I returned home not only inspired, but equipped with new perspectives and strategies that I could apply to Ignite Social and to the brands we serve.

At its core, Ignite Social exists to help businesses unlock their potential through the power of social media. Being in a space where so many entrepreneurs shared that same drive to build, innovate, and create impact was incredibly energizing.

During the show, Ignite Social was highlighted as one of the fastest-growing startups in the country — what key decisions or strategies do you believe fueled that rapid growth?
Our growth has been fueled by the same principles that built the foundation of Ignite Social: bold visibility, transparency, and results. From the beginning, we made a conscious decision to market ourselves with honesty and clarity. We communicate real goals, deliver on what we promise, and remain deeply passionate about the work we do.

Another key factor has been client experience. More than 90% of our clients stay with us long-term because they trust us. They see measurable results, but they also feel genuinely supported. We don’t treat relationships as transactions — we treat them as partnerships. That trust has created strong retention and powerful word-of-mouth momentum, allowing the business to scale organically and sustainably.

Through Ignite Social, you emphasize being a strategic partner rather than just a content creation company — how does that deeper level of collaboration change the results clients see from their social media presence?
Many agencies operate as outsourced vendors. Our philosophy is completely different. We embed ourselves into our clients’ operations. We film content in person, develop structured content day agendas, build strategic content calendars, and align posting schedules with real business goals.

This hands-on collaboration allows us to truly understand each client’s brand, personality, and day-to-day workflow. The result is content that feels authentic, intentional, and highly effective — not generic or cookie-cutter. When clients see us as an extension of their team rather than an external service provider, it transforms their social media from a task into a powerful growth channel.

Ultimately, we are not just creating content. We are building systems, strategies, and brand positioning that drive long-term business success.

Ignite Social has grown quickly across South Florida and is now expanding into California and Texas — what have you learned about scaling a company while maintaining the same level of care for each client?
Scaling has brought both exciting opportunities and real challenges. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that quality must always come before quantity. We prioritize training our team thoroughly before expanding our client base. Internally, we call this mindset “the Ignite Way.”

Delegation and leadership development have been critical. I’ve built a team of Creative Directors who are empowered to lead accounts with the same strategic vision, care, and standards that Ignite Social was founded on. Each team member brings unique strengths, but they all share a unified foundation. This structure allows us to scale while maintaining deep, personalized relationships with clients.

Healthy growth is not about signing as many accounts as possible — it’s about building meaningful, lasting partnerships that deliver consistent results.

Looking ahead, as Ignite Social continues expanding nationally, what vision are you most excited to bring to brands that want to turn their social presence into real business growth?
What excites me most is the opportunity to help businesses across the country unlock their full potential. Social media can feel overwhelming and constantly changing. Algorithms evolve, trends shift, and many business owners struggle to translate their real-world success into visibility.

Our vision is to become the trusted strategic partner that brands rely on to navigate that complexity. We want to bring structure, clarity, and confidence to their social presence. This means not only producing high-performing content, but continuously studying platform changes, audience behavior, and emerging trends so our clients can stay ahead.
