Today we’d like to introduce you to Deyline Bedoya.
Deyline, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I grew up literally in a beauty salon. My mom used to own beauty salons when I was a child. Growing up, under those circumstances, taught me a lot about the business and customer service. Even as an adult, I chose to make the beauty industry a focus for me because I love it. Definitely, all the experience acquired during my childhood and over the years, have helped me to start my own business
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s been definitely a dumpy road. It’s hard to start a new business! In my case, it was hard to deal with the stress. I had many sleepless nights and the worrying has been constant. The finances, legalities and customer recruitment has been the hardest subject in my case
So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Wow Studio – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Our studio specializes in the care of natural nails and brows. We only provide services by appointment which makes our clients feel like they are getting undivided attention. We care more about quality that quantity.
We have great excellent reviews about our service and client care and we are so proud of that. We are a small team but mighty. We do not rush to get to the next client. We want to make sure that every guest feels welcomed and leave even happier.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We want to keep focusing on our excellent customer service while we introduce new services to our menu. Our studio is still very new but we plan to expand in the future to service our clients even better
