Rising Stars: Meet Nicki Mweemba

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicki Mweemba.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
July of 2020, I reached out to a girl that I saw on Instagram doing the things I wanted to (shout out to Tene). She was traveling all the time, I never saw her working and she always talked about this thing called Forex and trading. Like everyone else, I ignored it for years stating that it’s a scam and if it wasn’t a scam how come only the people recruiting are the only one’s making money.

But for some reason (I’m also a risk-taker), I trusted her and decided to join the company that she was a part of. For the next year, I really studied. I studied hard, I’m talking all-nighters, teaching others because I understand that if I can’t teach it I don’t understand it.

The world was shut down at the time & classes were not in session. So I literally had nothing better to do. I even tried out the recruitment portion of it and created a team of over 75 individuals.

Through this all I realized why people didn’t trust those “forex people”. It’s because the ones that were making money weren’t flashing it on social media but pouring into others and the ones who were flashing money most likely didn’t even know how to trade. They either didn’t take the time, money, and energy to actually learn how to trade or some didn’t even trade. Thankfully the team I joined had more people who wanted to learn vs just talking.

Fast forward a couple of months later, I quit my sales job (I’ve been working sales since the age of 16) and paid my car off fully. The whole year of 2021 I was traveling, networking, and unknowingly building trust with my team that *fun fact* I meet 80% of them off of social media!

I have now been able to help others learn and generate income that helps fund their business, quit their place of employment, create another stream of income, and become a certified funded trader. Why save capital or go into debt when you can finance your own business?

That’s really been the heart of Digital Bo$$ Babes LLC, to show that as a woman, you can really create your own business, using your own capital, in an environment that mentally and financially helps you grow. This started off as a business in 2021, but now a movement for 2022

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Trading is a journey. It’s not a destination, it’s not a monetary number. You will have bad days, especially if you haven’t but discipline and/or emotionally trading.

I’ve had days where I have made my 2-month salary in 1 day, I also have days where I blow my account. No money left. That’s where discipline comes in. You’re supposed to win more trades than taking L’s.

When I first started I literally had no discipline, and I realized that trading is really a representation of your life. I had no discipline, no schedule, nothing. I was just living life and that transferred into my trading journey. Creating an intentional morning routine helped me balance my life. Once I stayed consistent & disciplined to it, it was like a light bulb switched. I started doing the things I said I would, profiting and meeting people I never thought I would.

Now consistency and discipline are a never-ending challenge and that’s why a lot of people fail at it. Trading is a you-vs-you, which is why placing yourself in an environment that’s set up for you to win even when you feel like you can’t win.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am currently a social media manager for a confidential client in Confidential client.

During my traveling and networking, I realized that I have more to offer than just trading. I ended up going viral multiple times on Tiktok and IG (princessss.nicki if you want to follow me) and literally 10xing my own business. I literally thought, “job for what!”

I read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad (amazing read, everyone should read it!) and he basically said to monetize everything you love, each bill should have a stream of income. He’s a millionaire, I want to become a millionaire, let me take this advice. So I ended up networking into the current occupation that I am doing in addition to being a trader, mentor, & businesswoman.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I think the whole aspect of trading is a risk. You’re not 100% guaranteed to win a trade. That’s where a lot of people either get scared or uninterested.

Just like a business you never know if you’re going to fail or be successful until you actually do it. That’s why I created my course HustleHer Academy. You’re still taking a risk don’t get me wrong, but I teach you how to become confident in the risks that you take.

Just like falling in love, you’re taking a risk at loving that person because they could really end up leaving you with no explanation. So my question to people is, why are you so quick to take the risk of falling in love and not as quick to take the risk of potentially changing your life forever?

Pricing:

  • HustleHer Trading Academy- $399
  • Forex For Dummies- $149
  • Membership- $99
  • Mentorship- $250
