Today we’d like to introduce you to Maite Carrasco.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Maite. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my career twenty years back as a teacher and business adviser to women who wanted to start up their own business and also for women who were already running their companies and wanted to increase their business.
Now, I help other women to resolve their problems, but I too had many ups and downs in my personal life. But I didn’t give up and stayed focused and sincere in my business against all odds.
I continued to believe in myself and the power of positive thoughts. I believe that we are like a magnet, so we attract what we think. That’s the reason why I advise my clients to remain conscious of their thoughts and emotions.
When we emanate positive thoughts all the time, then only positivity will surround us which enhances our emotional and mental balance which helps in improving our performance which leads to success.
Around seven years back I enrolled in courses on personal development, Coaching and Neuro- Linguistic-Programming. With this, began the second phase of my career.
Initially, I started as a Life Coach and my business grew, but I needed to decide on what I wanted to specialize in.
At present, I deal with businesswomen and try to understand their psychology and emotional intelligence.
For the past three years, I have not only been a business adviser but also started to mentor businesswomen. I find the latter to be more interesting and challenging.
Now, I work with women from all parts of the world, helping them to recognize their potential and what they capable of and groom them emotionally and mentally to be better prepared to offer services to their clients.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been a smooth road. I had to prepare myself and needed to believe in myself before I could help others.
Earlier, I used to believe that to make more money we need to work for long hours. But gradually, I overcame this belief and realized that if we are efficient we need to invest fewer hours in our work and yet make more money. And I am sure that this holds true for everybody in today’s date.
I advise everyone to simply believe in themselves, listen to their heart and pursue their dreams.
Tell us about your company. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?
Now, I work with businesswomen from all parts of the world, helping them to recognize their potential and what they capable of and groom them emotionally and mentally to be better prepared to offer services to their clients. They must connect with their essence and offer their services from this place.
I work as a mentor and I help them to develop their business. I begin trying to understand their psychology and emotional intelligence. And then, proceed to planning and designing the services that their customers need.
I am an expert in conducting therapeutic sessions. These sessions encourage my clients to dive deeper into their minds and heart and draw a connection within. I believe that it is essential to draw this connection since the heart plays a very important role in the creativity and feelings; motivations and encouragements. Every businesswoman has to deal with not only her mind but also listen to the heart. To excel in any work mind definitely plays an important role but the heart inspires to excel.
I try to find out what makes my client happy and whether she feels connected with her business work. If there is a disconnection, then it needs to be resolved.

My family women inspired me to be honest, generous and to get everything I want with love, tolerance, and respect
